📝 Logging Food

Just chat naturally! Tell me what you ate:

"I had oatmeal with berries for breakfast"

I'll estimate the calories and add it to your log. You can also:

💪 Logging Exercise

Tell me about your workouts to subtract calories:

"I ran for 30 minutes"

Or take a photo / screengrab your workout data!

Exercise calories will be subtracted from your daily total, giving you more to eat!

✏️ Editing Entries

Made a mistake? No problem!

Go ahead and correct me if I've done something that doesn't seem right — usually I'll figure it out:

"You logged that one twice - delete one of the yogurts" or "You forgot to log the pickles"

Remember, you can always edit items manually in the daily log.
